As demand outstripped production capacity Caroline Fleming of Swell Wold Farm in the Cotswolds turned to Alfreds from whom she had bought her original Technogel Mixtronic pasteuriser a few years hence, since then Technogel have launched an updated machine called Mixpasto seen alongside the Mixtronic.
The new Technogel Mixpasto is available in 60 and 120 litre capacities with a host of new features including 4 user programmable pasteurisation profiles along with a yoghurt program making this a very flexible machine.
The control panel has been totally redesigned and offers the operator a great deal of information during production. There is a new inverter-controlled agitator, bain-marie heating and cooling system with economy setting for smaller batches. Recording is taken care of by a USB flash drive or paper till-roll style printer if you prefer. Normally water cooled air cooling is available as an option.
